What happened
EE alleges [REDACTED] she was at a beach pavilion outing for her company there was grease lard on the cement underneath the pavilion that she did not see and she slipped on it and fell to the ground landing on and injuring cutting her left knee. The wound was bleeding at the time of the call RN instructed EE to apply continuous firm pressure for at least 10 minutes. EE has swelling and bruising to her injured knee. EE has a cut across her entire kneecap and layer of skin missing on her left knee the cut is slightly deeper than a scrape or a scratch and opens as wide as the edge of a coin. EE has a tingling sensation going down into her shin. EE referred to the provider d t wound that opens as wide as the edge of a coin.
