Before the incident
She worked the night shift and had just finished giving report to the day shift nurse. She was getting up to leave and tripped on the wheel of the chair.
What happened
EE was getting up from the chair to leave after her shift. When she stood to walk she started to trip on the wheel of the chair. She caught herself and sat back into the chair. She felt pain in her knee and was unable to move it. She stated she felt it had popped out of the socket and needed popped back in maybe She was immediately assisted to the ED.
