She was standing up in the box of straight truck [REDACTED] As she was attempting to move the freight closer to the edge of the platform she tripped on the ridge of the door on the floor located between the box and platform This caused her to lose her footing and her balance Once she realized there was nothing to grab or hold onto to stop from falling she turned into the fall towards the pavement and braced herself with her arms wrists shoulders and knees
