Patient Care

During a Code 99 I walked into the room and it was crowded so I was trying to get to the head of the bed to help the other RT. The code cart and another RN were at the end of the bed where I squeezed through. A doctor was putting in a line and I walked into the guide wire tip that was on the end of the bed without realizing it. Later throughout the night I noticed a red mark on my leg that might have punctured the skinso i contacted the Nursing supervisor [REDACTED].
