What happened
pt became combative and was placed in restraints by security. pt was able to get out of restraints and attempted to get out of bed again. and due to weakness he is a fall risk while trying to redirect patient the pt bit another nurse and I was holding the lose restraint to maintain control and pt repeatedly pulled on my right arm causing pain in the right shoulder radiating to my right elbow.
