Before the incident
EE was performing clean inspect maintain tasks in the area he was assigned during pre-flight inspection of the automation structure on the outbound side.
What happened
EE climbed past established safety zones into a live area of the structure and was struck by two separate case carrying robots (Symbot). First one hit him in the right shoulder as he was climbing down to navigate around the bot that hit him he was struck in the right shin area with another bot.
