Traveling back from an ARH approved continuing education class. Involved in a car accident. There was no visible injuries other than a small knot on left side of head and soreness to the upper chest and lower left hip and back area. Arrived at work and went to ER shortly after. A CT was done and was told I have a L2 vertebrae fracture.
