What happened
residents were arguing & antagonizing one another staff member created a physical barrier between them in their bedroom. One resident attempted to push past staff member & in doing so pushed his body against the staff member & staff member felt intense pain in his left knee and dropped on the ground. When he was able to stand he could walk but with pain in left knee.
