A contractor hit one of WVWA electrical lines. EE was working in the trench making repairs to the electrical line.

After making the repairs he climbed out of the trench and leaned but against the work truck. He became lightheaded and was looking very weak and started to fall down. He was given ice water and a sucker while waiting for the ambulance. Taken to the hospital for dehydration.
