EE an on-duty security officer at CCH [REDACTED] was assisting in the [REDACTED] with a combative [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]].
What happened
At about __R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]__ EE was assisting with a combative [REDACTED] when the patient became physically abusive. While attempting to restrain the [REDACTED] EE wrapped his arms around the patient. Another CCH [REDACTED] security officer deployed the taser and EE was struck with one prong receiving an electric shock. EE became pale and diaphoretic. EE was registered as an [REDACTED] patient under [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]. IV labs CXR EKG TDAP IVF and probe removal was completed by [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]. EE was discharged home.
