EE was holding on to an inmates cuffed wrists in the cuff pass box attempting to remove the cuffs from an uncooperative inmate when the inmate started to resist. Inmate lowered hands causing EE hands to go against the cuff pass box. Cut on inside of left hand between base of ring finger and pinkie finger. Swelling on top of left hand and several scrapes and swelling on the top of wrists. Hands scrapping against the cuffpass box.
