Barrier was in the usual lane of traffic and sticking out for construction. Left forearm has an abrasion approximately 5 inches long by 2 inches wide. Left shoulder is sore and tight. Left hip has a bruising. Dull headache. Pain tenderness in rib area and along the left side of body. Left shoulder Vehicle crash - pain on left side of body.
