Packaging dumpling dough off Spiral [REDACTED] Packaging by watching the product go onto a conveyor and watching the scale to package by weight. Product stopped coming off the spiral freezer conveyor.

Reached left hand under plexiglass guard to grab a few dumplings that were stuck on the conveyor end The conveyor was not deenergized and still moving. Left index finger was caught between the metal spiral belt and plastic breaker bar. This caused a contusion to left index finger and later amputation of the tip of finger during surgery.
