What happened
While on the step ladder employee inadvertently knocked down more bottles to his right and could not reach the fallen ware from the ladder. He rushed down the stairs of the ladder while facing the steps using three-point contact with gloved hands and while focusing on the downed ware. Employees right ankle caught the right railing post near the base of the last stair causing him to fall backwards while his right arm grabbed onto the bollard. He spun around quickly and stopped in an upright position.
