Assisting resident with making a purchase.
What happened
While employee was assisting resident with purchasing a belt the resident stood up to try on the belt. Employee helped the resident turn around to get belt though all of the loops on the pants. When the employee turned to help the resident she experienced a sharp pain in her foot. She continued to work and the pain continued to get worse and the foot began to swell.
