When employee came off a trailer the trailer door slid down about 2 inches. When he went to load next skid he seen the door had slid down and while sitting on the fork lift he reached up to push the door up an felt a shock like feeling up both arm and back spasm . Ring finger on both hands feel like they are asleep. Pinky finger on both hands tingle to where they hurt. Has a tight spot in the middle of his back that aches
