Going to pick up residents on golf cart.

Employee had started the golf cart he was watching the two residents he was going to pick up as he began to pull out of the parking space. As he was pulling out of the parking space the golf cart struck a pole causing the employee to be thrown from the golf cart to the ground and resulting in pain to employee 's head and lower pain to the back c-spine and right hip.
