What happened
glue tech employee was changing vinyl on 120 side of vac form. the injured employee was walking by to go to the restroom. The glue tech asked the injured employee to assist him in picking up the vinyl and vinyl rod to place it on the machine rather than using the supplied crane hoist. When setting the material down the Injured employee smashed their finger causing a partial fingertip amputation
