What happened
CONTUSION - [REDACTED] went to the deli cooler and was going to grab the kale crate that it is located on the bottom shelf. There was a cart full of merchandise she moved the cart a little bit. EE says the cart was heavy and was unable to push it back more. She bent down to grab the crate of kale but there was a box in front of it. She moved the box on the floor. Then she grabbed the kale crate and put it on the second shelf. She then grabbed the box from the floor to put back in the bottom shelf. She then grabbed the crate that contained;Kale and as she was turning she hit herself with the corner of the crate box on the bottom of her left breast.
