What happened
MHE Operator drove their Dock Stocker towards a tag printer mounted on a column along the dock. As they got closer to the printer they failed to stop the Dock Stocker and extended their hand out to retrieve the tag and pinned their left hand 's thumb between the printer 's table and the Dock Stocker 's exterior frame. This resulted in laceration and fracture of their thumb.
