Loading a roll of plastic onto the top of the coiler

Operator was loading a full roll of top plastic onto the top of the coiler when he lost his balance briefly and the roll slipped from his grip and dropped onto his left middle finger smashing it between the roll and the metal rack. This caused a laceration across the tip of the finger. Operator was wearing gloves at time of injury.
