Attempting to restring accumulator.
What happened
TM was attempting to feed wire into accumulator located on catwalk. TM was at ground level trying to feed the cable while the line was still running. TM was standing in the wire that had accumulated on the floor. The accumulators were fully extended and no longer able to maintain enough tension on wire. As the wire on the floor was being pulled into the accumulator TMs leg got caught in the wire. The team fell to the ground resulting in bruises and a back strain.
