What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] tripped down the steps of unit 180. She tripped on the last step there was nothing on the steps that caused the fall; [REDACTED] lost her footing as she was walking down. [REDACTED] another housekeeper that was she was working with offered to help her up but [REDACTED] refused and got up herself. [REDACTED] then reported the incident to [REDACTED] our rooms supervisor.

Tripped and fell walking down the steps. Low back pain. Employee reported no injury at this time and refused doctor visit or treatment. On 8 10 employee approached Teach and expressed having back pain she believes is the result of this incident.
