Employee had parked forklift next to bed of truck he was loading.

Employee used forklift as a lader to gain access to the truck bed to grab a 2 strap that did not make it over truck. EE put forklift in neutral and believe he kicked the shifter with his foot when he was kneeling on the bed of the truck causing the forklift to go into drive and move forward. [REDACTED] legs were pinned against the forklift and truck bed; legs were pinned in between the seat and back bar of forklift. Legs released after forklift moved forward.
