Employee was asked by a manager to help assist with removing chairs from the Delivery van that was parked outside of the store near the [REDACTED] entrance. [REDACTED] attempted to jump into the van to remove the chairs and when doing so he hit the left side of his head on the latch opening above. (There was no weather stripping just metal).
