What happened
He bent down to pick up cardboard from the ground next to the compactor and as he was standing up he hit his head on the edge of the compactor door that was open. He had a small gash and was bleeding but not much. We took him to the doctor who ruled out a concussion but put in a staple since it was a deep cut. Returned to work same day as he had to restrictions.
