Before the incident
Lifting apple boxes to put on the flat cart to take them to take them to the aisles to stock them.
What happened
Employee retuned from lunch to begin stocking shelfs. Bent over to lift up apple boxes. When lifting the apple box employee felt a pain in top of left arm. Put the box down and could not lift arm. Continued to stock shelf and then moved to Wine & Spirits to check out customers.
