pushing in 3 small sized shopping carts

took small carts into the entry way to put them away but was not going in to their open spot very easily. so I tried to push them up ans forward which normally works but did not. I let go of the carts to tle them drop. when i did that the carts came straight down on to my knee shoving it backwards. tried to walk it off and work through it but the pain was too unbearable to do so.
