What happened
Me and [REDACTED] made the decision to turn off the bun machine and clean it for the night I went and got the pickle juice and hot oil from the fryer. [REDACTED] needed help catching up on the dishes me and [REDACTED] had been telling him all night to stay in the back and that he needed to quiet down. After I got a load put in the dishwasher and a load put away I procceded to head back up to the line so I could clean the bun machine. I had the cambro of hot oil in my hand and as soon as I grabbed it [REDACTED] comes around the corner from the dish pit and then gets loud again I got spooked when it happened and the oil spilled all over the top my right hand and 2 spots on the left hand. I didnt freak out I put down the oil down looked up and [REDACTED] was standing in front of me looking down he was doing something on the line I instantly went for the first aid kit and grabbed 2 burn ointments and the burn patch that is in the kit then I went to the bathroom applied water to the burn th
