The trash helper was riding on the truck in a neighborhood. As the truck was coming down the street the employee said there was a tree branch sticking out. He tried to avoid it by ducking. He slipped off the back of the truck and fell onto the pavement. He braced for the fall with his hands and stated he fractured his right wrist.
