Before the incident
Associates was working on the T-10 press the press was placed out of service and the associates went to fill her mop bucket with water in the back of plant 2.
What happened
the associate was going to fill her mop bucket up with water to mop floors at press t-10. When the associate arrived at 2 steel blue container she went to look and see what the top one had in it as she went to open the top door but the steel bin the door came down smashing her hand and cutting her right finger including her pinky finger.
