IW states they were assisting a resident off the floor and into her chair and she was pulling the resident up when she felt a pull in her right shoulder. IW states she has a burning sensation in the upper part of her shoulder and she can barely move it or lift it up. IW states she has a sharp shooting pain from her collar bone area to her shoulder and numbness tingling going down her arm to her pinky and ring finger.
