What happened
IW reports that while in a resident 's restroom she was injured. IW reports that she had transferred the resident to the restroom by wheelchair. IW was locked into place in her chair when she became combative. The resident unlocked her wheelchair and kicked herself backwards in her chair. The resident 's wheelchair hit the IW 's right knee and caused her to fall to the other side of the room into another door. IW 's back hit the door. IW reports having severe low back pain that radiates down
