What happened

Driver was off loading door 6 and was in bin CC028 and for some reason they thought he was in the wrong bin and he slammed on the brakes and the lift tilted forwards and rocked back and when this happened they were rocked forward and hit their head on the top of the forklift causing a huge cut on the top of their head and when they came up front both clerks seen he was covered in blood and everyone was offering to take him to the hospital but he was very insistent that they drive said they were fine just lots of blood they then returned from the hospital with 8 stapes and fill out a statement they then left saying they had a really bad head ache and just wanted to go home.
