On [REDACTED] the Employee was working at [REDACTED] and went to go over to [REDACTED] he took a shortcut between the column and the work bench instead of walking around and he scratched his left forearm after a few minutes the scratch opened and he started bleeding. He tried to use a band aid but it was not working. So he went to the emergency room where he received 6 stiches & a Tdap injection.
