EE was working at heights and removing an outdoor section of dry sprinkler pipe that had frozen and broke due to cold weather.

EE was attempting to removing the damaged section of sprinkler pipe and while pulling on the pipe to loosen it unexpectable fell backwards from his ladder and fell onto the handrail behind him.

Broken shoulder blade cracked ribs and punctured lung.

Harm resulted from the fall backwards onto the handrail.

EE was working on an 8ft ladder on a stairwell and fell backwards onto the handrail injuring his shoulder the fall was between 3-4 feet.
