INSURED DRIVER WAS ATTEMPTING TO MOVE A 1.5 YARD DUMPSTER OVER An ASPHALT HUMP WITH A CRACK IN IT THE ASPHALT WHILE ROCKING THE CONTAINER BACK AND FORTH TO GAIN SOME MOMENTUM AS HE PULLED THE CONTAINER HE FELT LIKE SOMETHING JUMPED OUT OF PLACE FROM HIS FOREARM ELBOW AND SHOULDER DRIVER DID SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
