Before the incident
Employee picked up a closed bag of trash and felt a prick in his right hand. In looking at the contents of the bag prick appeared to be from one of the many needles in the bag; the driver did not take photos but from his description to the doctor at Concentra the doctor stated it sounded like an insulin pen.
