[REDACTED] was out in the production plant on a machine we call the Topcoat BAC cart. Employee was pushing the cart up on the track to work on coating proccess

When pushing the cart up into place employee placed his hand on the wrong spot causing a gap in the connecting metal employees finger was caught and caused the laceration injury to left hand. Employee was wearing gloves
