What happened
EE came into the office around [REDACTED] stating he stepped on a nail behind the pickface (ZE 03A) and it went through his left shoe into his foot. EE stated there was a pallet in ZE 03A and the broken piece of wood was underneath that pallet. When EE got off the pallet jack to pick off that pallet thats when he stepped on the nail. When he came into the office to notify me that 's when he checked his foot and noticed it was bleeding.
