Before the incident

What happened
The person was walking out to their vehicle to load the items brought for the shift. Laptop Lunch Bag bowl. As they walked along the side of the pavilion structure they stepped down from curb level to street level and their foot was caught or lost their footing. They fell. As the fall was happening they tried to brace the fall with their arms which then resulted in dislocation and fracture of the pinky finger on their right hand and a fracture on the left elbow area.
