The greenwaste driver was going north bound on [REDACTED] and then made a right turn onto the on ramp to [REDACTED] bound. The driver was coming up to the stop light in lane [REDACTED] 2 and there was 2 vehicles in front of the greenwaste rear load truck.

The OV did not break and made contact with the greenwaste rear load truck.The driver of the OV stated the glare from the sun was in his eye and could not see. Thus causing the driver of the OV making contact with the greenwaste rear load truck. The OV was severely damaged on the whole front end. The greenwaste truck only had a small metal link on the right tipper damaged but tipper is still able to operate.
