What happened
Operator while stringing up CL 5 was struck in the right shoulder when the solder pot lid unexpectedly closed. Upon further investigation it was discovered that a compressed air isolation valve by CL 4 that also controlled CL 5 was unintentionally closed leading to a loss of air pressure to CL 5 and the closing of the solder pot lid.
