Employee attempted to move a heavy (40+ lbs.) printer without assistance because she did not realize how heavy it was. When she could not move it she stopped.

Employee had no initial pain or concern after the injury but pain developed the the next day and progressed rapidly over the course of a week. Later examination by a doctor revealed bulging and herniated discs in the lower back.
