Associate was walking between [REDACTED] 68 & [REDACTED] 76 turned right to go behind machine 76 stepped on a sprue on the floor slid forward and then tripped on rails behind [REDACTED] 76. As the Associate fell she landed on top of a rail injuring her right elbow shoulder and knee. First aid was declined at the time but later chose to ice her elbow.
