What happened
Individual CS was having a previous behavior. When the overnight shift arrived CS stated I 'm going to hurt all staff. CS got ahold of a sharp knife and instantly started chasing staff. Staff [REDACTED] ran towards the office. While staff was running he tripped and hit his face on the edge of the table. [REDACTED] split the corner of his eye and broke his nose. Staff [REDACTED] was transported to the hospital.
