Working on another machine in the area and was called by operator to assist the problem of the machine that the incident took place at.

Arc flash incident occurred when bolt contacted lug on breaker. Maintenance tech was troubleshooting a no power issue.

Injured employee had burns on his right hand and neck and chin areas. He was taken to first aid room first for onsite evaluation then taken to medical center for further evaluation.
