moving items from a staged pallet to a work table and stepped between two of these pallets. One of the pallets had a broken loose board on the bottom protruding out with two nails sticking up. Subject did not see these sticking out and stepped on the board nails. One of the nails went through his shoe and broke the skin on the bottom of his right foot. Subject reported to supervisors
