Member began to walk again and did not see a broken small 2x3 piece of plastic tote laying on the ground Member stepped on the plastic which caused them to lose their footing causing them to roll their right ankle and land on their left side of their body Member reported incident right away to supervisor This occurred at [REDACTED] member continued to work their shift in discomfort until [REDACTED] The member notified supervisor the following day advising them they would be going into clinic for evaluation
