Employee was using a air powered staple gun to fasten a wood container in the 85-1001 box shop. As the employee was moving around the box to staple the wood sides the air hose that powers the nail gun became trapped on one of the work bench legs.

As the employee was attempting to unhitch the hose by pulling the air hose free a staple was discharged into the employees left knee cap. Employee was taken off-site for evaluation
